David and his team did an outstanding job - the quality of the finish is excellent and the standard of work throughout is superb.

David finished the job on time as promised, despite us asking for some extras to be built into the schedule. He was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout - always calm, with time to discuss and explain what was happening with the build and giving us good notice for any decisions that we needed to make.

"McGowan Builders undertook a complete gutting and rebuild of our house on Griffith Avenue in 2015. They dismantled an old pitch roof extension at the side of the house and built a new flat roof extension at the rear of the house as well as moving the stairs and changing the layout throughout the original house. The house was completely gutted from top to bottom and they did all the electrical rewiring, new plumbing and structural work including underfloor heating. They started on time, had the job finished the week before the deadline which was so appreciated as my wife was due a baby and we needed to be in the house by the time he was born. They were very clean and professional throughout the whole process. I found the knowledge and experience they had was invaluable when it came to making decisions about insulation, heating systems, windows and even when it came down to finishing the garden and patio area, they were very thorough with a genuine pride in their work."

The foreman dealt with all 3rd  party vendors and the architect which was a great stress relief for me and my wife.
